Ruby was great. She worked with my out of state inquiry and personalized the experience by communicating via text to make life easy. Carlos contacted me the next business day and answered every question I had in detail. I felt like a priority not having to wait all day for simple questions to be answered. He had me ready to go in less than half a day. My next step is through George for finance and I am certain that he will maintain the same effort and customer service as his associates. I am not the type to leave reviews however my experience with Merit Auto Group especially Artem the product specialist was superb. I found a great deal on CAR Gurus on a Mercedes Sprinter. The van is in Jacksonville and I am in Kissimmee. Artem showed us the vehicle via FaceTime and worked all the details of the deal via email. I did the entire purchase remotely. I arrived the car was waiting for me with a red bow on it. It was all that and more than I had anticipated.
